Image of The Day caption:
Students in the Naval Command College get a firsthand view of the autonomous underwater vehicle Sentry from WHOI engineer Rod Catanach during a recent visit to the Institution. The NCC program brings senior naval officers from other nations to the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island for eleven months of graduate-level study that includes strategic analysis, military decision-making, American society and political philosophy, and issues of international concern such as human rights and civil-military relations. The NCC's yearly visit to WHOI focuses on new technology and research at the Institution.
