There's no corner bakery, either. But Hermansson and Roy roll fresh rolls every day and baked good for coffee breaks. Note that the rolling table has tall edges, standard on ships to prevent food from going over the side as the ship rocks and rolls. Sudden lurches and sharp knives don't work well together, Roy said, but they come with the territory in a ship's galley.
