Siphonophore (Bargmannia sp.)
This animal propels itself by pulsing jets of water out of the translucent sacs along each of its sides. A mass of tentacles contracted at its bottom are usually stretched out and dangling to catch prey. At its top, the siphonophore has a small gas-filled float to keep that part oriented upward.
