Here are heroes who worked their way into our hearts, via our stomachs: Oden's kind, helpful, and funny galley crew (from left): Ranjit Roy, Camilla Persson, Maria Hermansson, and Linda Johansson. They kept us happy and well fed, serving three hearty, delicious meals a day (four if you count an after-midnight snack from the always-open galley refrigerator.) It's a wonder some of us haven't gained weight. The only reason, I think, is that we constantly had to go up and down stairs many times a day from our rooms on third or fourth decks, to the bridge on the seventh deck, and to ground-level deck for meals and work on the deck.
