A research team led by WHOI scientist Sarah Das follows a supraglacial stream in Greenland to study where meltwater is flowing and how this influences the speed at which ice floes travel. As the climate warms across the Arctic, the summer melt season in Greenland is growing longer and hotter, contributing to an accelerating pace of ice loss.
