MIT-WHOI Joint Program student Isabela Le Bras taught an Ocean Physics course to high school students and college undergrads in Ensenada, Mexico through Clubes de Ciencia (Science Clubs).

This January, MIT-WHOI Joint Program student Isabela Le Bras became a teacher at a residential course in Ensenada, Mexico, through the organization Clubes de Ciencia, which pairs young U.S. and Mexican scientists as co-instructors. Le Bras, who studies ocean currents, taught ocean physics to high school and college students during their winter break. Le Bras (center, red sweater) and her co-teacher Manet Estefania (right, yellow shirt), who taught biology, had 15 students, one of whom made a video of the class.
